Hadassah Medical Center employs over 1,800 nurses in the hospitals’ various departments, clinics and institute.
At Hadassah, a medical center known for excellence in clinical medicine, research and medical training, the number of certified nurses is one of the highest in the country. 93% of the nursing staff at Hadassah is certified, two-thirds of whom hold a Bachelor’s degree, and 20% with a Master’s degree.
Many of the nurses in both hospitals have advanced clinical training in various fields such as oncology, intensive care, obstetrics, surgery, psychiatry and more. This advanced training is extremely beneficial for clinical and administrative work as well as the implementation of new treatments.
