Our nursing staff believes that patients must be provided the best quality of care. We are constantly striving to improve that quality of care in order to ensure that we provide the best care possible, improving areas such as:
We provide our patients with call-buttons, placed within their reach and which are answered right away
Constantly improve the interaction between nurses and patients
Avoid mistakes made with medications
Monitor pressure sores
A bi-annual questionnaire will be distributed in order to determine the rate of patient satisfaction in regard to different aspects of nursing care they received. Questions will focus on (but not be limited to):
