The Department of Social Work Services also runs an Information Center called "Kivunim". This center provides patients and their families with information about rights and benefits and can assist in filling out forms necessary for application process for these rights and benefits.
The Information Center - "Kivunim" - provides information about patients' rights in Kupot Holim (health funds) and governmental and non-governmental organizations that provide benefits for different groups of patients.
The information provided at the Information Center is specific to each patient and tailored to her/his needs and questions.
The service provided by the Information Center is free of charge.
