Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital Clinics

Every floor has a reception desk for the clinics located on that floor.

The desks are open Sundays-Thursdays between 08:00-16:00.

The main reception desk in the ground floor of the main building is open Sunday-Thursday between 07:30-18:00.

It is recommended to go straight to the desk on the relevant floor for all the bureaucratic arrangements.

Hadassah Mt. Scopus Hospital Clinics

Every floor has a reception desk for the clinics located on that floor.

The main reception desk is located in the main entrance to the hospital.

The main desk is open on Sundays-Thursdays between 07:30-16:00, and same are the desks on every individual floor.

It is recommended to go straight to the desk on the relevant floor for all the bureaucratic arrangements.

Reception desk for the Rehabilitation Department is at the entrance to the Rehab. building. It is open Sundays-Thursdays between 07:30-12:00. This reception office is for patients coming to the rehabilitation clinic, phyiotherapy, occupatinoal therapy and rehabilitative day care service.

An additional reception desk is located in the new clinics' building on the ground floor, and it services the opthalmology (eyes), gynecology and premature newborns clinics. It is also recommended to arrive with a pre-approval form from the kupat cholim, a magnetic member card (only for Maccabi members), a referral from the kupat cholim doctor and an ID card.

Making appointments in both hospitals
In the Hadassah Appointment Scheduling Center you can make appointments for the clinics and centers in both Ein Kerem and Mt. Scopus.

The medical call center operates Sundays-Thursdays, between 08:00-20:00 and Fridays between 08:00-12:00.

When calling, please prepare in advance your full ID number.

  • We are doing everything we can to answer every call quickly, but when we are busy with earlier callers, you can leave a message in our voice box or continue to wait for a customer service representative.
  • To allow us to schedule an appointment for you in your preferred date and time, please call us immediately after your visit to the doctor or after your release from hospitalization.
  • An appointment can also be scheduled at the clinics' reception desks.
  • An automatic calling system will call and remind you by phone 5 days prior to your appointment. If you are not interested in the reminder service, you must state so when scheduling the appointment.

Additional important information

  • When coming to the clinic, patients must have a pre-approval form from your kupat cholim (or the Kupat Cholim Maccabi magnetic membership card for Maccabi members only) or a method of payment and a referral letter, test results, X-Rays and any other medical document related to your clinic visit.
  • At the end of your visit in the clinic, if you need an additional appointment, you may call the appointment center by an internal hospital phone.
  • Internal phones can be found on walls in the hallways, in lobbies and in waiting rooms.
