Abstract:

Atrioventricular time interval is easily calculated from TVI curves. For the first time, right and left sided time intervals can be compared in the fetus.
The fetal kinetocardiogram provides fast and accurate information on cardiac conduction and events in the fetus without and with cardiac arrhythmia. Fetal kinetocardiogram serves as non-invasive electrophysiology in the fetus and allows assessment of complex arrhythmia and AVB of all degrees. This novel methodology allows studying the effects of antiarrhythmic drugs on the fetal heart conduction.
