שותף פעיל בהכנת הקורס הארצי להכשרה במקצועות הפליאטיביים - אוניברסיטת בן גוריון בשיתוף עם אשל (אגודה לתכנון ולפתוח שירותים למען הזקן בישראל) ובשיתוף האגודה למלחמה בסרטן. (2004-2005).
בשנת 2002 נבחר כמורה מצטיין של הפקולטה לרפואה לשנת הלימודים התשס"ב.
