1960 - 1963 - Undergraduate studies at the Hebrew University, Jerusalem - B.Sc.

 

1963 - 1965 - Graduate studies at the Hebrew University  in  Jerusalem – M.Sc.

 

1966 - 1970 - Graduate studies at the Medical School, Hebrew  University - Ph.D.

 

1971 - 1973 - Post doctoral research at the National Institutes of Health, Bethesda MD. Biochemical Genetics.

 

1973 - 1974 - Research Associate at the Albert Einstein School  of Medicine of the Yeshiva University, New-York.

 

Appointments

 

1973 - Appointed as a Lecturer of Human Genetics. Hadassah University Hospital, Jerusalem.

 

1974 - Joined the Department of Human Genetics, Hadassah University Hospital, Ein Kerem, Jerusalem.

 

1977 - Visiting scientist, Colorado Medical Center,  Denver, CO.

 

1977 - Appointed as Senior Lecturer in Human Genetics.

 

1981-1982 - Visiting scientist, National Institutes of  Health, Bethesda, MD.

 

1981 - Appointed as Associate Professor in Human  Genetics.

 

Since 1981 - Chairman Department of Human Genetics Hadassah University Hospital, Jerusalem

 

1985-1990 - Chairman  of  the  Israeli  Society  of   Human  Genetics.

 

1987 - Appointed as Professor in Human Genetics.

 

1989 - Visiting  Professor  at  the  University  of  California, Los Angeles.

 

1990 - Nominated  the  Blumberg - Kruster  chair  in clinical molecular biology, Hadassah-Hebrew University.

 

1992 - Visiting Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles.

 

1994 - Visiting Professor at the University of California, Los Angeles.

 

1998 - Visiting Professor at the Mayo Clinic and Foundation, Rochester, MN. USA.
