Awards to other members of my laboratory:

 

l987 - Work on the calcitonin gene in my lab was acknowledged with two prizes to Dr. Tally Naveh-Many, the senior scientist in my laboratory.

(l) Van Recklinghausen Prize of the German Society of Endocrinology for outstanding research work in the field of calcium regulating hormones and bone metabolism by a European research worker under the age of 40.

(2) The Norwich Eaton International Young Investigator Award by the American Society of Bone and Mineral Research.

 

1993 - Chovers prize of the Israel Society of Endocrinology for the outstanding publication  in endocrinology and metabolism by a young Israeli investigator was awarded to Dr.Tally Naveh-Many in my laboratory.

 

1994 - Aurbach prize of the Israel Society of Calcified Tissue was awarded to E. Moallem a PhD student in my lab.

 

1999 - Faculty prize for an outstanding M.S. graduate was awarded to Yulia Moz, a graduate student in my laboratory.

 

2000 - Yulia Moz was awarded a Horowitz Foundation prize as an outstanding Ph.D. student at the Hebrew University ($23,500 p.a. for 3 years)
