The Neurology Department treats functional disturbances of the brain, spinal column, peripheral nervous system, and muscles. Senior physicians in the Department treat common neurological conditions, such as: headaches, backaches, weakness, and dizziness, as well as common neurological diseases, for example: epilepsy, Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, multiple sclerosis, muscular dystrophy, etc. Patients may be admitted to the department for diagnosis and treatment. There is also a service for neuropsychological and neurophysiological tests (EMG, EEG), and a lab for diagnosing neurological diseases.
