At the Hadassah Appointments Center, appointments can be made for the outpatients clinics and institutes at Ein Kerem and Mt. Scopus.
The center is open Sunday – Thursday between 8:00 – 20:00, and Friday between 8:00 – 12:00.
When calling, please be ready to give your full identity number, including control digit.
We make every effort to answer all calls as quickly as possible, but when we are handling previous calls you can either leave a message on the voice-mail or continue to hold and wait for an answer.
To enable us to arrange your appointment in the desired date, please call immediately after your visit to the doctor, or after discharge from hospital.
Appointments can also be made at the patient reception desk in the clinics.
An automatic message will provide a telephone reminder of your appointment five days in advance. If you do not wish to receive this service, please let us know when making the appointment.
When you come to the clinic, you must bring a payment voucher from the health fund (or your magnetic card if you belong to the Maccabi Health Fund) or cash payment, as well as the letter of referral, test results, X-rays and any other medical document relating to your visit.
After receiving medical treatment at the clinic, if you need a follow-up appointment this can be made by using the internal telephone to call the Appointments Center at no. 42111.
