Clalit Health Services

The  office is located on the ground  floor, in the outpatient clinics bluilding, near the Brith Hall and is open Sunday to Thursday between  8:00 – 15:00, Friday between 8.00-12.00.

The office issues payment vouchers for hospitalization, or adjusts errors in existing payment vouchers.

Meuhedet Health Fund

The office is located in the Tourism Wing near the cafeteria.

Reception hours Sunday to Thursday between 8:30 – 13.00.

The office issues payment vouchers for hospitalization, adjusts errors in existing payment vouchers, or clarify eligibility.

Maccabi Health Fund Terminal

Maccabi Health Fund terminal is located at the entrance floor next to the Information Desk.  Patients can insert their health fund magnetic card into the terminal to obtain a payment voucher.

A single payment voucher is provided for all ambulatory services received on the day of treatment.

Leumit Health Fund

There is no representing office for this Health Fund.

Members of the Leumit Health Fund are requested to bring a payment voucher from the fund when they come to Hadassah.

Outpatient Clinics reception desks

The main reception desk is located in the main entrance to the hospital and is open between 7:30 – 18:00.

An additional desk is located on the ground floor of the new clinics building, serving the Ophthalmology, Gynecology and Neonatology department.

It is recommended to go directly to the appropriate reception desk to make the necessary arrangements.
