The office of the patient representative is located on the mezzanine floor at Hadassah-Ein Kerem Hospital and deals with matters regarding both the Ein Kerem and Mt. Scopus hospitals.

The office is open Sunday through Thursday from 8.00 AM to 2.00 PM.
