Bus no.19: From Mt. Scopus to Hadassah-Ein Kerem via the center of town operates between 5:30 AM and 11:45 PM, every eight minutes during peak hours and every 15 minutes during off-peak hours.
Bus no. 27: From the Jaffa Gate to Hadassah-Ein Kerem. The first bus leaves the Jaffa Gate at 5:30 AM and the last bus leaves the Jaffa Gate at 10:00 PM. The first bus leaves Ein Kerem at 6:15 AM and the last bus leaves Ein Kerem at 10:50 PM. The buses run every six minutes during peak hours and every 20 minutes during off-peak hours.
Bus no. 12: From East Talpiot to Hadassah-Ein Kerem. The first bus leaves East Talpiot at 6:30 AM; the first bus from Ein Kerem is at 7:00 AM. The buses operate until 10:00 PM, running every 15 minutes during peak hours and every 30 minutes during off-peak hours.
Bus no. 42: From Mt. Scopus to Ein Kerem via Givat Ram. From 8:15 AM. buses leave Mt. Scopus and Ein Kerem at hourly intervals. At 7:10 AM and 7:30 AM buses leave Givat Ram for Ein Kerem only. At 7:15 PM, a bus leaves Ein Kerem for Givat Ram only.
Bus no. 153: From Mevasseret Zion to Hadassah-Ein Kerem, a bus leaves once a day at 7:30 AM.
On Fridays, Egged public transportation stops one hour before the Sabbath starts. On Saturday night, public transportation starts thirty minutes after the end of the Sabbath.
