The office is located on the mezzanine floor of Hadassah-Ein Kerem and is open Sunday to Thursday between 8:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The office issues payment vouchers for hospitalization or adjusts errors in existing payment vouchers.

Meuhedet Health Fund
The office is located on the ground floor of Hadassah-Ein Kerem, near the Emergency Room.
Reception hours are Sunday to Thursday between 8:15 AM to 12:15 PM. The office issues payment vouchers for hospitalization, adjusts errors in existing payment vouchers or clarifies eligibility requirements.
Payment vouchers are issued at the office for students at the Schools of Medicine and Nursing who are insured by the fund,

Maccabi Health Fund
Maccabi Health Fund terminals are located at the entrance to the outpatient clinics building and at the entrance to the Sharett Institute. Patients can insert their health fund magnetic card into the terminal to obtain a payment voucher. A single payment voucher is provided for all ambulatory services received on the day of treatment.
Leumit Health Fund
There is no representing office for this Health Fund. Members of the Leumit Health Fund are requested to bring a payment voucher from the fund when they come to Hadassah.
