1. An open label expanded access study of Lapatinib and Capecitabine therapy in subjects with ErbB2 overexpressing locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer.
Research population:
Women or men aged 18 and above with locally advanced or metastatic breast cancer with ErbB2 overexpressing.
Patients must show progress of disease following prior treatment.
Patients who have been treated with Lapatinib or who are suitable for another clinical trial with the drug taking place in Israel cannot participate in this trial.

2. A randomized, multi-center Phase IIIb, open label, study of letrozole vs. anastrozole in the adjuvant treatment of postmenopausal women with hormone receptor and node positive breast cancer.
Research population:
Postmenopausal women with hormone receptor and node positive breast cancer who underwent their most recent surgery or chemotherapy not more than 12 weeks ago and in whom there is no evidence of recurrence.

3. A phase 2 trial of Cetuximab + weekly Paclitaxel treatments for metastatic breast cancer patients harboring the basal like phenotype.
Research population:
Women with metastatic breast cancer without manifestation of estrogen and progesterone receptors and HER2 who have received up to two previous lines of treatment.

4. A randomized, double-blind, multicenter, placebo-controlled study of adjuvant Lapatinib in women with early-stage ErbB2 overexpressing breast cancer.
Research population
Women with ErbB2 overexpressing breast cancer (stage I-IIIc) who have undergone mastectomy and chemotherapy (pre- or post-op) not including the receptin, and in whom there is currently no radiological or clinical evidence of the presence of the disease.

5. A randomized, phase II study of two chemotherapy regimens, Pemetrexed-Carboplatin, and Gemcitabine-Vinorelbine, in Anthracycline and Taxane pretreated advanced breast cancer patients.
Research population
Women with measurable metastatic breast cancer who have received exactly one line of chemotherapy.
