The Outpatient Clinic

The Neurology Outpatient Clinic is used for diagnosis, advice and treatment for all the diseases of the central and peripheral nervous system, and for clinical disturbances in the function of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves and muscles. All the doctors of the Department of Neurology accept patients within the framework of this clinic.

Widespread neurological conditions are treated in the clinic, including: headaches, backaches, muscle aches, weakness and dizziness, loss of consciousness. The entire spectrum of the nervous system diseases including other neurological diseases is also covered, for example, epilepsy, Alzheimer's disease and memory disturbances, Parkinson's disease and movement disturbances, diseases of blood vessels in the brain, multiple sclerosis, muscular atrophy and Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease (mad cow disease). Patients may be hospitalized from the clinic in the hospital neurology department.
