As the news from Gaza started to come in this morning, it was clear that today may bring some action to Hadassah as well. At 10:30, an Israeli Airforce helicopter landed at Hadassah Ein Kerem helipad with four wounded (all foreign citizens) who were injured in the scuffle at sea by the Gaza shore.
Hadassah Trauma Unit was already prepared with physicians, nurses, X-Ray technicians and all the required equipment for a mass casualties' event. The four injured were taken by MDA ambulances from the helipad to the Trauma Unit and as these lines are written, they are being treated. All of them are in mild condition and fully conscious.
