Mr. David Brodet has completed his third three-year term as Chairman of the HMO Board of Directors. Mr. Yossi Nitzani will succeed him.
Mr. Nitzani has served on the HMO Board of Directors since its establishment more than 12 years ago and has chaired several of the Board's committees.
Mr. Yossi Nitzani has served in various positions in both the business and public sectors, among them as Director General of the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, Director of the Governmental Companies Authority and member of the management of Mizrahi Tefahot Bank. Mr. Nitzani has a B.A. in Economics and an M.A. in Business Administration.
The HMO Board of Directors has praised Mr. David Brodet for his significant contributions to Hadassah; the Campus' physical development momentum during his tenure; and for his involvement in HMO's achieving financial strength.
