In a national survey conducted by the Clalit Health Fund during May, 2008, Hadassah’s clinics were rated highest in customer satisfaction. The Hadassah Women’s Health Center at Mount Scopus was voted best clinic in the country.
The survey measured customer satisfaction in five areas: Ear/Nose/Throat, Ophthalmology, Women’s health, Dermatology, and Orthopedics. Customers gave a cumulative rating of 96.6 percent for the clinics’ quality of service, and 93.5 percent for the service of the doctors. All of the parameters indicated high satisfaction and most customers gave high marks for good service and relatively short waiting times to see doctors.
