The Pediatric Division headed by Prof. Eitan Kerem, consists of the Department of Pediatrics located in Ein Kerem (Head, Prof. Dan Engelhard) and the Departments of Pediatrics (Head, Dr. Yakov Berkun) at Mt. Scopus and Neonatology at Mt. Scopus and Ein Kerem (Head, Dr. Beni Bar-Oz). All pediatric services are provided by the different subunits, namely, pediatric hemato-oncology, nephrology, cardiology, gastroenterology, hepatology and nutrition, endocrinology, infectious diseases, neurology, neonatology, metabolic disorders and the pediatric intensive care unit. In addition to the clinical services offered, both clinical and basic research projects are carried out at both locations.

Hadassah University Hospital has two campuses; one in Ein Kerem and the other in Mount Scopus. The Hadassah University Hospital Pediatric Division (HUHPD) encompasses all of the pediatric services provided by the departments and divisions of Pediatrics at the two hospitals.

The mission of HUHPD is to provide holistic and comprehensive medical care to infants and children living in Israel. HUHPD stands at the forefront of pediatric medicine.  The multidisciplinary staff of HUHPD provides for all the needs of the patients and their families with a special emphasis on chronic diseases and critical care.  A full range of pediatric subspecialties are represented at HUHPD and staff from the different specialties work together in caring for children with multiple medical and psychosocial challenges.  The staff is ethnically and culturally diverse reflecting the diversity of the population that HUHPD serves.  Many of the staff members are international leaders and trendsetters in the field of pediatrics as reflected by the number of articles published in medical journals and the large representation that HUHPD has in national and international pediatric and specialty organizations.
